About Clare
Before becoming a coach, I worked as a solicitor for 20 years. I gained a degree in Economics from Cambridge University and then started my legal career at Withers LLP, qualifying into their Private Wealth team doing personal tax and estate planning work.
I have also worked at Burges Salmon, Warwick University, Evident Legal (an exciting digital legal services business) and more recently as a Professional Development Lawyer and Senior Learning & Development Manager at Mills & Reeve where I developed my coaching skills.

I have an Accredited Diploma in Coaching and a Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and abide by the ICF Code of Ethics.
I have over 300 hours of coaching experience and take part in regular supervision and continuous professional development.
