About Clare

Before becoming a coach, I worked as a solicitor for 20 years. I gained a degree in Economics from Cambridge University and then started my legal career at Withers LLP, qualifying into their Private Wealth team doing personal tax and estate planning work.

I have also worked at Burges Salmon, Warwick University, Evident Legal (an exciting digital legal services business) and more recently as a Professional Development Lawyer and Senior Learning & Development Manager at Mills & Reeve where I developed my coaching skills.

I have an Accredited Diploma in Coaching and a Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and abide by the ICF Code of Ethics.

I have over 300 hours of coaching experience and take part in regular supervision and continuous professional development.

Other qualifications and memberships:

  • British Psychological Society Accredited Test User for Ability (formerly Level A) and Personality (formerly Level B) assessment

  • Psychometric certification in NEO Personality Inventory

In my spare time, I enjoy outdoor pursuits, volunteer work and spending time with my family.

I offer one-to-one and group coaching, psychometric assessments and I am also available for workshops and away days.

"Clare is a fantastic career coach. She has inspired me to strive for continuous development, in both big and small ways."
